Payment for orders from abroad only by prepayment.
Delivery across Ukraine is carried out by New Mail, according to tariffs of the carrier.
Delivery outside Ukraine is carried out by the courier service of Ukrpochta. The cost of delivery depends on the weight. The minimum cost is UAH 250.
Upon receipt by mail, we recommend inspecting the goods in the presence of a representative of the transport company. Because the goods are valued and insured for this amount. The carrier is responsible for the integrity and safety of transportation. If upon receipt of the parcel you see damage to the parcel, an act is drawn up at the post office and the transport company compensates the damage.
