The KosiM beStone 89 A stone set is suitable for kitchen knives and other non-hard steels up to 59 HRC.

The KosiM Pro oil stone set is suitable for hard stainless steel and carbon steel from 59 HRC.

If the knives need to be sharpened a lot or the angle changed, we recommend purchasing a rough diamond.

If you need a mirror shine, we recommend Elbor 3/2 or 7/5.
